Kris Schermele-Lane

Kris guides Millennium Real Estate & Management with one single vision: to manage every investment with honesty and integrity, in order to ensure a successful investment for each owner. As a native Montanan, Kris believes that integrity is the backbone of any small business. Kris holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Montana, with an emphasis in Business Management and Finance and a minor in Psychology. She has been active in the Montana Real Estate and Property Management Industry since 1987. Kris’ experience ranges from the Title Insurance industry to Real Estate Sales, Leasing, and Property Management. Kris was an 8-year member of Montana Land Title Association, a graduate of Leadership Missoula 16, past chair of the Missoula Chapter of Ducks Unlimited, a 10-year member of the Missoula Chamber Red Coats, was a Board Member for the Missoula Area Economic Development Corp., a Parade of Homes Award Winner for her interior design work, served as the Treasurer for the Helena Association of Realtors, the Helena Multiple Listing Association and the Helena Team Penning Association for numerous years, is a Licensed Real Estate Broker, and a Licensed Real Estate Property Manager.
In her spare time, Kris enjoys spending time with her husband and children, traveling and competing with her husband across the US and Canada with their horses, and enjoying Montana’s great outdoors.
Bryanna Deschamps
Realtor, e-Pro | Property Manager
Bryanna is both a licensed Realtor and Property Manager who helps buyers, sellers, and renters find their perfect space whether commercial or residential, to fit their current needs or sell in order to do so. She is skilled in Buyer Representation, Finance, Property Management, and Investment Real Estate. Bryanna is also an active committee member of YPN or Young Professionals Network. She services the Helena, Missoula, and Bozeman markets and is always happy to travel to you. Her success has been driven by honesty and integrity ensuring that all of her clients receive the best representation possible. Bryanna holds a degree in Bachelor of Science in Business Administration – BSBA focused in Marketing/Marketing Management, General from the University of Montana. She has been a part of the Millennium team since 2014.
She enjoys skiing in the winter or wakeboarding in the summer while spending time with her family and friends. Bryanna is available for all your commercial and residential buying or selling needs, full-service property management, and private consultations.
Amber Sand
Realtor
Amber grew up in Libby, MT. After she graduated high school, she moved to Missoula, where she attended the University of Montana. She graduated with a degree in psychology and the desire to help those around her. She moved to Seattle, where she spent many years enjoying the Pacific Northwest. While living in Seattle, she developed an interest in real estate partnering with her husband.
When the opportunity arose for her family to move back to Big Sky Country in 2018 to be closer to family and friends, they took it! Amber is the mother of two young, energetic boys and an adorable pug. They love spending time outside and are enjoying all things Montana!
Amber is a licensed Realtor. With years of experience in many areas of the real estate world, Amber is well suited to help buyers and renters find their dream home and assist sellers in finding the perfect buyer!
