Bryanna Deschamps

Bryanna is the owner of Millennium Real Estate & Management, LLC, and a licensed Real Estate Supervising Broker and Property Manager serving clients across Montana. She works with buyers, sellers, investors, and tenants in both residential and commercial real estate, helping them move forward with clarity and confidence. With a strong background in commercial real estate, finance, property management, marketing, and investment strategy, Bryanna brings a well-rounded, solutions-driven approach to every transaction. She is actively involved in the industry and her community, serving on the Young Professionals Network Committee through the Missoula Organization of Realtors and serving on the Montana Association of Realtors Association Management Committee. She also serves on the Board of Directors for the Jadyn Fred Foundation and is a committee member with the Helena chapter. Bryanna is a member of the Missoula Organization of Realtors, Helena Association of Realtors, Montana Association of Realtors, and National Association of Realtors. She services Western Montana with a focus in the Helena, Missoula, and Bozeman markets and is always happy to travel to you. Her success has been driven by honesty and integrity ensuring that all of her clients receive the best representation possible. Bryanna holds a degree in Bachelor of Science in Business Administration – BSBA focused in Marketing/Marketing Management, General from the University of Montana, along with her e-Pro certification and C2EX endorsement with the National Association of Realtors. She has been a part of the Millennium team since 2014.
Born and raised in Montana, Bryanna’s roots run deep. She spent much of her childhood on a ranch, where she learned early on the value of hard work, resilience, and showing up for others- lessons that continue to shape both her life and her business. Family has always been at the center of who she is, and the influence of her upbringing, especially the example set by her mother, instilled a strong sense of dedication and care for the people around her. Outside of real estate and property management, Bryanna finds balance in the outdoors, skiing in the winter, wakeboarding in the summer, golfing, and spending time in nature whenever she can. Whether it’s a day on the water or a quiet evening with family and close friends, she values connection, simplicity, and making the most of where she lives. Bryanna offers full-service support for buying, selling, and property management, along with private consultations tailored to each client’s goals.
Kris Schermele-Lane

Kris guides Millennium Real Estate & Management with one single vision: to manage every investment with honesty and integrity, in order to ensure a successful investment for each owner. As a native Montanan, Kris believes that integrity is the backbone of any small business. Kris holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Montana, with an emphasis in Business Management and Finance and a minor in Psychology. She has been active in the Montana Real Estate and Property Management Industry since 1987. Kris’ experience ranges from the Title Insurance industry to Real Estate Sales, Leasing, and Property Management. Kris was an 8-year member of Montana Land Title Association, a graduate of Leadership Missoula 16, past chair of the Missoula Chapter of Ducks Unlimited, a 10-year member of the Missoula Chamber Red Coats, was a Board Member for the Missoula Area Economic Development Corp., a Parade of Homes Award Winner for her interior design work, served as the Treasurer for the Helena Association of Realtors, the Helena Multiple Listing Association and the Helena Team Penning Association for numerous years, is a Licensed Real Estate Broker, and a Licensed Real Estate Property Manager.
In her spare time, Kris enjoys spending time with her husband and children, traveling and competing with her husband across the US and Canada with their horses, and enjoying Montana’s great outdoors.
Tiffany Ziesemer

Tiffany Ziesemer is a Realtor and Property Manager at Millennium Real Estate & Management where she is dedicated to helping clients navigate the world of real estate with professionalism and care. Having spent the past year actively learning and gaining hands-on experience in real estate and property management, Tiffany is passionate about building her knowledge and skills to better serve her clients. Tiffany’s strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities allow her to assist clients with leasing, market analysis, and property management needs effectively. She is committed to continuous learning, currently pursuing additional certifications and education to stay ahead of industry trends and best practices.
Before entering the real estate world, Tiffany developed a foundation in management where she honed her ability to deliver excellent service and foster positive client relationships. She worked hard to create and establish relationships with peers and families.
Outside of her professional life, Tiffany is an avid lover of the outdoors. She has a passion to help animals who are in need and save as many as she can. She enjoys spending her free time by the water, camping, and soaking up the sunshine and spending time with her family. She is married and has 3 beautiful and amazing children. Tiffany finds inspiration and balance in nature, and she brings that same passion for adventure and discovery to her work in real estate. Whether it’s helping clients find their perfect home or managing a property, Tiffany approaches each challenge with enthusiasm and a commitment to success.

Amber is an emerging Realtor® serving Western Montana. Helping people find “home” in the heart of Montana has always been more than a career goal—it’s been a lifelong dream. Her passion for real estate started at a young age with an interest in architecture, community, and design. Over the years, that passion never faded. Instead, it became the heart behind her desire to help others find the place where their own stories can unfold. Amber works with buyers and sellers across Montana and loves any opportunity to travel and explore new communities. Living in a small town in Montana, her mission is to support the growth of Montana’s small communities by helping others see the potential in the places that mean the most. Her professional journey has been shaped by her experience in management, but her true dedication lies in building meaningful, lasting relationships with clients. She believes that clear, open communication is the key to every successful transaction, and she’s committed to ensuring that each client feels truly heard, supported, and informed every step of the way. Over the past eight months, she has immersed herself in the real estate industry—investing in hands-on education and developing the tools needed to serve clients with professionalism and care. She brings a people-first mindset, offering honest guidance and thoughtful strategy to those looking to buy, sell, or explore their options.
Amber enjoys small-town living with her husband and their dogs, hunting, and traveling. She will never pass up the opportunity to get lost in a new project or admire the charm of a well-loved home.
